Beyond the corporate sphere, Wale is the Founder and CEO of O-NET IT Consulting, a cybersecurity training company that helps non-technical individuals transition into the tech industry through immersive bootcamps and career coaching. He is also the host of the Code & Capital Podcast, which bridges technology, business, and culture, and the founder of LuxuryEscapeHTX, a high-end short-term rental brand based in Houston. His lifestyle venture, Tech X Taste, extends his vision for connection — curating experiences that bring innovators and entrepreneurs together in intentional spaces.
